Exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel in a comfy position to the HIG shopping center there. Excellent breakfast, huge room.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and wonderful, thoroughly enjoyed sea view from our deluxe room. Its location close to eateries and restaurants was wonderful. Had tea and goodies at Cappuccino House, nestled 1 mi of the property.

Location really close to the night market held on Wednesdays and Saturdays and the famous HIG shopping centre and shopping center. For tea or coffee visit Jai Cafe nearby.

Excellent staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

The location was quiet and convenient: shopping centers and a market were within walking distance. The staff were highly efficient and attentive, it was a bonus.

Location near to a mall and food court, a shopping centre, food court and nearby the biggest night market in Langkawi on Saturday night, and HIG shopping complex. Hassle-free check-in and late check-out, parking onsite.

The staff team was cooperative, the rooms were tidy and equipped with good aircon and cimfortable water pressure, for instance.

I loved staying at this hotel. It was so convenient being extremely close to a shopping complex and all the attractions in the area. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay worthwhile. On top of that, the hotel facilities were great and the breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms at Hig Hotel were big and well-organized, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was always smiling and welcoming, delivering excellent cleaning and room service. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it easy to find dining options and amenities all in one place. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Kuah town and the airport adds to its convenience. I had a wonderful experience at Hig Hotel and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is a great find! the location is unbeatable - just above HIG shopping complex, making it perfect for all your duty-free shopping needs. The staff here are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service, from the warm greetings to the helpful assistance with luggage. The rooms are well-appointed, with a mini fridge in all rooms and comfortable king-size beds. Plus, the seaview rooms are a real treat, offering beautiful vistas. Lastly, the breakfast provided, although limited in items, includes a good selection of veggie options.

All in all, everything was ok, with nothing significant to improve upon.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel. It was near shops and had a bazaar and mini mart right in front of it. The service was impeccable, and the staff greeted us with a smile every time we passed by. Our spacious room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, and there were plenty of leisure facilities to keep us entertained.

That the view from our room was not ideal as it looked out onto a derelict building. Despite this, we still had an enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was great, we could easily access nearby shopping and eateries. The room had a complimentary prayer mat which was a nice touch. The staff was accommodating by offering late check-out and an additional breakfast for free.

The quality of the pillows could be improved as they weren’t very comfortable. , the room we stayed in had an unpleasant smell.
